This policy describes the categories of information the Trade With Trail application handles.
Information collected.
We may collect account details, contact submissions, program enrollments, payment references, course progress, lesson notes, trade journal entries, support messages, live-session activity, and risk acknowledgments. Payment card details are handled by Square and are not stored in the Trade With Trail database.
How information is used.
Information is used to provide purchased access, secure accounts, process and reconcile payments, deliver education, respond to support requests, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Service providers.
The application uses Clerk for identity, Supabase for database and private file storage, Square for payments, Resend for email, Mux for protected video, and Vercel for hosting. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Security and retention.
Access is limited through server-side authorization, database controls, signed webhooks, and protected media delivery. No system can guarantee absolute security. Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
