These terms govern access to the Trade With Trail website, student application, educational content, community, live sessions, resources, and Private features.
Accounts and access.
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and use only your own account. Program access is assigned after verified payment and may not be shared, resold, scraped, recorded, or redistributed.
Educational use.
All materials are for education only. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions and for complying with brokerage, prop firm, and legal requirements that apply to you.
Community conduct.
Do not post harassment, spam, confidential information, misleading performance claims, unlawful content, or content that violates another person's rights. Trade With Trail may moderate access where necessary.
Intellectual property.
Course videos, written materials, graphics, downloads, brand assets, and related content are owned by or licensed to Trade With Trail and are provided under a limited, personal, non-transferable right of access.
Service providers.
Account, hosting, storage, payment, email, video, live-session, and community functions are supported by third-party providers subject to their applicable terms.
Availability and changes.
Live schedules, supported features, and course materials may change. Material changes to purchased access will be communicated when required.
